Final approval of all specifications before procurement begins

phase 3 - procurement & sourcing

Preparation and issuance of all purchase orders
Full financial tracking and reporting throughout
Trade discounts passed on to the client where applicable
Management and approval of shop drawings and finish samples

phase 4 - Shipping & logistics

Real-time tracking of all orders from point of origin
Coordination with warehouse and third-party logistics providers
Proactive communication with suppliers to resolve delays
Scheduling and oversight of all deliveries to site

phase 5 - installation & completion

Supervision of installation teams and contractors on site
Quality control inspection of all delivered and installed pieces
Coordination of any punch list items or replacements
Final walkthrough and project close-out
